"Eugene Firefighters R. Ritchey Jr. (Left) and M. Koss stand and watch smoke spew out of a storage garage on Franklin Blvd on April 14th, 2009. The fire caused a temporary closure of Franklin Blvd. Students across the street at the UO were dismissed from class early due to complaints of the smell of smoke."
News Article Video That class they are talking about that was dismissed early was mine. World Archaeology. I ran right over to the scene afterwards. Just another example of why to bring your camera everywhere you go. Of course, I only had my Canonet film rangefinder, so I ran back to my dorm to get my 40D. Comments

 The black and white is great for this type of photo. I'd love to see this in color. I was going to say that the smoke is perfect for a gray background, but quinn already said it
