It's quite grainy, and not in the artistic sense.
But the colors are fantastic. It's so soft, how the fog merges all the colors and even seem to change the color of the musician. It all just goes together really well. I actually really like it off of full view, where the grain isn't apparent. -- "Some say that the age of chivalry is past, that the spirit of romance is dead. The age of chivalry is never past, so long as there is a wrong left unredressed on earth" Well the grain is caused by two factors:
One- it was hella dark so I was shooting at 3200 ISO. remember those Ilford Delta 3200 film shots? Yeah. That much grain. Two- I sharpened it, which added more grain. I was thinking about it today and tomorrow I'll re-upload it w/o the unsharp mask. -- When deciding whether to buy a Nikon or a Canon there really is only one difference: a clockwise or counter-clockwise zoom. Choose wisely. *The-Yard-Collective tomwalshphoto.wordpress.com No need to give excuses. I know full well the compensation measures you would have to take in those low light conditions.
I'd like to see the unsharpened version, but otherwise the best solution might just be to scale the image size down a little. -- "Some say that the age of chivalry is past, that the spirit of romance is dead.
