Artist's Comments

Well, at least it looked cold that day in Seattle. This was shot from inside the Coldstone on the NE side of Westlake Center / Mall.
I saw someone interesting passing across the sidewalk, and literally jumped on the table to grab my camera from Chris. Turned out pretty well, IMO.

You may notice a little flare on the lady's sleeve; that was caused I believe by a sunflare on the store's window. I actually like it.

If you were to see the original, uncropped photo, you would be as happy as I am with it. So many weird objects in the frame on the original. A good crop, I think.

Anyway, enjoy. Ms. N said it was my best street shot to date, but I'm a little skeptical.

Given the rush of the shot, plus the fact that it was through a layer of glass, plus the crop, the quality is pretty good. It worked well. I'll have to go through your street again, but it could be your best. It's at least good enough fro a fav, though.
